Palitaw ingredients
•3 c sticky rice flour (malagkit)
•1 1⁄2 c water
•1 small Grated coconut
•1 c Sugar
•1⁄4 c sesame seeds, toasted and powdered
Cooking Palitaw
1. Combine rice flour and water.
2. Blend thoroughly.
3. With floured hands, shape dough into egg-size ovals.
4. Flatten with thumb.
5. Drop palitaw oval in 2 cups boiling water.
6. Scoop out with skimmer as soon as they float.
7. Roll in grated coconut.
8. Serve at once with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seeds.
